This was a great experience getting my wife’s engagement ring fixed for her. A stone fell out &, after leaving the piece, the jeweler reached out to clarify about the stone so that it was safe with how he was going to heat up & fix the prong. This was a nice attention to detail & very considerate to make sure the piece was being taken care of the best way possible. It came back looking great & pristine!
