I brought in several pieces of real 14k gold jewelry from the 1990s that I had not worn in years because they were broken or needed adjustments. Zack took the time to examine each piece carefully, explained exactly what needed to be done, and answered my questions without rushing or upselling. They repaired everything on site in about two hours, including multiple bracelet and earring repairs and a more complex herringbone necklace that was shortened and turned into both a necklace and a bracelet with a new clasp. The workmanship was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the jewelry looks beautiful and wearable again. It is rare to find a jewelry repair shop that combines real expertise, honesty, and great customer service. Zack and his team clearly know what they are doing, especially when it comes to high quality gold pieces. I am so happy to have found a jeweler I trust and highly recommend them.
