I had such a great experience here and will absolutely be back. Zack and his team were kind, professional, and clearly very skilled. I brought in several pieces of real 14k gold jewelry from the 1990s that I had not worn in years because they were broken or needed adjustments. Zack took the time to examine each piece carefully, explained exactly what needed to be done, and answered my questions without rushing or upselling. They repaired everything on site in about two hours, including multiple bracelet and earring repairs and a more complex herringbone necklace that was shortened and turned into both a necklace and a bracelet with a new clasp. The workmanship was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the jewelry looks beautiful and wearable again. It is rare to find a jewelry repair shop that combines real expertise, honesty, and great customer service. Zack and his team clearly know what they are doing, especially when it comes to high quality gold pieces. I am so happy to have found a jeweler I trust and highly recommend them.

This family-run shop is the best jeweler in Los Angeles. They’re knowledgeable, honest, and do great work. I had purchased this vintage watch as a gift, and it needed some work before it was ready. They helped me select a new bracelet, and then gold plated and reattached the same clasps to that new bracelet, all while working within my budget. They’ll even resize it if needed. They breathed new life into this 80 year old watch. Can’t recommend them enough!

I had a wonderful experience at Fast-Fix in the Beverly Center! The couple who run the shop were incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient — they resized five rings for me and my daughter in just two hours. The price was very fair, and the quality of the work was excellent. The store itself is clean and welcoming, and it’s in such a nice area to spend time while you wait — we grabbed an açaí bowl nearby and had a lovely afternoon. We’ll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend Fast-Fix at the Beverly Center!

The best place! I was bringing my wedding ring here bc it kept loosing diamonds-they were always honest with me but never pushy. It was poorly made by another jeweler and needed to be remade. I finally went for it and I’m so happy! They made suggestions to enhance it a bit and wow! Wish I would’ve done this sooner. Fair price, honesty and not sellsy… they’re now my go to.
