i’ve been going to this jewelry for the past ( nearly ) 8 years. Mrs. Sara is the sweetest owner you’ll ever meet and is very accommodating when dealing with repairs. I broke a ball and point chain that i bought from her 4 separate times, ( all which were my fault ) each and every time i received my chain back it looked as if nothing even happened to it. I love Mrs. Sara and everything about her. BEST JEWELRY EVER!!!

5 Stars is not even enough! They go above and beyond for their customers and are an absolute pleasure to work with! They do excellent quality repairs, super custom work, have beautiful jewelry, clean your old jewelry making it look new again and have really outstanding customer service! I only wish I discovered them sooner! I adore this place, and the owners who work there! Thank you so much for your time and patience, always with a smile.❤️⭐️

My experience at Wess Jewelers was wonderful. I had a chain made into a lariat, and Sara was attentive and professional throughout the entire process. I am extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend stopping by. Their prices are fair, and their pieces are beautiful and unique. Thank you, Sara!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Weiss Jewelry. I paid for a clasp repair on my 14K gold tennis bracelet, picked it up two days later, and the repair failed almost immediately. The bracelet fell off and was lost because the clasp they repaired came undone. When I went back to the store, instead of taking responsibility or even showing empathy, the staff were harsh, dismissive, and repeatedly accused me of lying or trying to get something from them. They kept saying it was “impossible” for their repair to fail — even though that is exactly what happened. Their tone and attitude were shocking. No accountability, no professionalism, and no attempt to help. I felt completely disrespected and humiliated. If you value your jewelry, be extremely cautious. I trusted them with something important to me, and they treated me terribly when their workmanship failed. I’ll be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Affairs.
