Under no circumstances, should you trust this establishment. My very new 16 year-old son received a $200 watch for his birthday. He wanted to go in and take out a link and they charged $43 to take out a link which I googled at the max most establishments would do for $15. He was completely taken advantage of. I communicated with them, and they stood firm on the fact that that was their fee. If that’s what they charge for a link, can you imagine what they’re overcharging you for anything else? All I can tell you is, I would never do business with these people. They are not fair and they take advantage. I hope they’re happy with their $43 of his birthday money. To take a link out, takes about five minutes Again, it was my fault. I let him go with his cousin because he was so excited about his brand new watch, but it’s also my fault that his birthday money was used to Do something that shouldn’t have been this way It destroyed his birthday watch experience because he was so upset Again, there’s so many people to choose from and I encourage you to use people then do the right thing

I brought several watches in for watch sizing and battery replacements, and the team provided excellent service. They clearly explained the expected turnaround time and actually completed the work sooner than promised, which was a great surprise. A couple of my watches needed a second adjustment after the initial sizing, and the staff were extremely patient and happy to help get the fit just right. They handled the re-sizing quickly and professionally. They also helped me set up a couple of newer watches that had just recently been released, walking me through the settings and making sure everything was working properly. Overall, this is a great place for watch repair, battery replacement, and sizing. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and focused on great customer service. Highly recommend.
