Took my necklace there that I've wore for over twenty five years because it was showing signs of wear and tear in certain spots. They were able to solder the weak links with gold and reinforce it for a very reasonable price, basically bringing it back to life as if I just bought it yesterday. They cleaned it up very nicely too!! Thank you FAST FIX!! Job well done!

I've gotten a few things sized here over the years, and have always had great experiences. He's trustworthy, and he knows what he's doing. But this time it was a 14k herringbone necklas that means a lot to me. It was ready to break on each side ,and he fixed it so it looks like nothing ever happend to it. This guy is a craftsman,and does wonderful work.

We brought in a gold ring that had a small dent to be repaired. Paid $110 and were told not to touch it. My wife followed the instructions, but the very next day the ring completely fell apart. I have no idea what we paid for — instead of fixing it, they just ruined the piece. Terrible service, absolutely not recommended.

This is the only place I’ll go for my jewelry repairs. Resizing my wedding ring took less than 24 hours and resizing my wedding band took less than 5 hours. The staff is professional and kind. I even got some diamonds replaced. All my repairs cost less than $100. Your jewelry is in great hands here.

Got my watch strapped fixed here back in 2016 and I just recently came back to get another strap replacement. (I wear this watch everyday so its held up very nicely.) The service is quick and they have an array of other quality items to shop for. Would definitely reccomend for any watch related issues.
