I’ve never trained out of a small gym so I was hesitant to come here at first.. But after training here for close to a year it’s nearly a place I can call home. FLF (Fast Lean Fit) has all the best amenities a studio gym offers that most big gyms provide at nearly a fraction of their membership costs. Not only does FLF have weights, a dead lift station, and olympic style rings.. I use the dry sauna, and cold plunge bath every session.. Dan, the owner is also a cool dude who trains his clients personally. Would highly recommend to check out FLF if you’re looking to train in the K town area 👍

Been working 1 on 1 with owner/trainer Dan for 5 months now. The best personal training and body transformation I've ever experienced. He listens and works on the area of your concern/focus. Open gym, cold plunge, sauna, shower available. And conveniently located in LA/Ktown area with free parking!

I've been getting personal training at Fast Lean Fit from Dan for the past 3 months or so now, and it has been an amazing experience. I made significant progress in losing weight and building strength. Dan is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He actually cares about your fitness goals and motivates you to improve in life, not just in fitness. The gym is private & comfy and has all kinds of equipment for every type of workout. The best part for me is that the workouts are not boring. I did a lot of functional body exercises, weight lifting, rowing and more. It has a nice, clean sauna and cold plunge, which I just got to experience as well. Highly recommend this place if you want to improve both your health and life.

Awesome personal training from Dan. Lots of variety in targeted exercises, great equipment, clean space. Talked fitness goals and did a full body scan. Trained 1-on-1 and then ended with a gorgeous private sauna and cold plunge. 10/10 awesome experience. Check it out!!
