Recently I took a pair of trousers in to get the hems done £15 great price! Their service is really quick. When the guy in the shop told me it’d be ready in two hours I didn’t believe him! But yep brilliant job fast and efficient. I’m definitely a regular now!

Please can someone get back to me on if the shop is still trading? I dropped my item off a few weeks ago and have tried to collect on Friday at 4pm, Saturday at 3pm and today at 12pm and the shop has been shut each time. The dress is needed for a wedding on Wednesday and I'm getting concerned. I've tried messaging on social media and ringing the number I was given but there isn't an answer or answer machine to leave a message.

From a long trench coat to a Victorian waist coat and fancy dress. The customer service is always a ten and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. They're very helpful and a great team.
