They are efficient but the pricing is a bit too much, to get my dress shortened and pulled up a little it cost £64

I paid £20 per pair to have two pairs of trousers shortened. The stitching then came undone on both pairs twice. When I took them back for a third time, they initially tried to charge me again to redo them. I politely said I didn’t think I should have to pay again to fix the same issue when the fault was clearly with their original work. The manager then eventually said they would do it this one time, but that next time I would be charged. The manager was rude and unfriendly, and told me I shouldn’t have put the trousers in the washing machine. The label on the trousers says they are machine washable, and nobody told me that having them altered meant they couldn’t be washed. I think most people would expect to be able to wash their trousers after having them hemmed. When I went back again to collect the trousers, they were not nice to me at all. It felt very short-sighted to lose a repeat customer over a simple request to fix their own poor workmanship. The staff have never been particularly friendly, and after this experience I won’t be returning.

I cannot recommend Tamara enough. She was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease during my fittings. She understood exactly what I wanted and made my wedding dress absolutely perfect. What impressed me even more was how quickly she completed the alterations without sacrificing quality. Her attention to detail is outstanding. Thank you for your beautiful work and for helping me feel amazing on my special day!

Had 3 trousers changing in length and size all within 3/4 months or so. Charged all at different prices as if they just make it up on the spot? I remember vividly when I got in wearing something nice they charged me more as if they look at customers who they think have money to spend so therefore they just charge more. Some workers there seem genuine, just be careful what to wear.

I got a hole in a new puffer coat. The suggested fix from Stitches was hard to visualise because they had to be quite creative butvthe end result is brilliant. You'd never know the coat has been altered to hide the tear. Highly recommended
