Visited Fast Time Watch for the first time to get my watches fixed and adjust the bracelet length. The young guy with glasses Charbel (i am sure thats him) helped me out. It was a smooth transaction. Loved the service. There was a crazy customer shouting at him but the guy kept his cool and neither say a word not disrespected him and showed his character. Respect for the young guy. I wish him all the best for the future.

I visited Fast Time Watch & Jewellery Repair at CF Lime Ridge Mall to replace the battery in my Casio G-Shock watch. This was my first time changing the battery in Canada, so I did some research and found this place had great reviews. The service was quick they returned my watch in just 10 minutes and they also provided a 1-year warranty on the battery, which is a big plus. However, I did notice a small issue: the rubber washer that helps maintain water resistance wasn’t placed properly, and part of it was sticking out of the back panel when I got the watch back. I pointed it out to them, and they quickly fixed the issue on the spot, which I’m thankful for. As a suggestion, I’d recommend better lighting at the work area and fewer distractions like phone calls during repairs could help maintain even higher service quality. Overall, a good experience with helpful staff and fast service, but a little more care would make it excellent.
