I want to recognize Tori for her outstanding service today. I had a complex printing project with a very tight deadline, and Tori handled it with such care. Her kindness and 'can-do' attitude turned a difficult task into a seamless experience. She is a huge asset to this location and made sure I was completely taken care of. Five-star service. Thank you Tori!
Marc, the assistant manager at this store, is absolutely AMAZING!! The lines were out the door and he handled us with total professionalism. Keep hiring employees like this FedEx....you definitely got this one right!!
I’m not usually one to write bad reviews but this warranted it. I print all the time from FedExes across the metroplex for my job on a corporate account. I have never had such a bad experience. The employees were slow moving, unfriendly, and not helpful or knowledgeable. To place a simple order (that I have easily placed at many FedExes across DFW in less than 5 minutes) took over an hour yesterday. It wasn’t until the manager, Joe, who seems to be the only employee who is competent and takes any pride in their work, stepped into to help. I went back today and the order was incorrect, and I again, waited way too long for it to be fixed. All the employees seem confused at all times and unmotivated. I observed this behavior from Erich, Stephanie, and Sam, as well as another gentleman who I did not get his name. Moreover, all employees had a foul attitude and were quick to snap (except Joe, store manager). Erich was especially rude and unpleasant to me and other customers and engaged in mocking, sassing, belittling, and other all unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. As someone who frequents FedEx, I’m really disappointed with how I was treated at this location over the past 2 days and how my time was wasted.
Stephanie made my day today! She courteously and professionally helped me print some documents. It was the first time I used a printer at FedEx. I did not know how to download and print from my phone. She was able to fully help and assist me to complete my task. Thank you Stephanie and thank you FedEx!
Whoever is working there right now (9/5/25) has no idea what they’re doing. I had just shipped something back to my company with no issues and no charge a month prior, and she tried to tell me that wasn’t possible. On top of trying to charge me over $75 to send a computer and 2 monitors back to my company. I went over to another FedEx and got those shipped out, free of charge, with no problem. Consider giving her more training or a new position because that’s ridiculous. Also, ever heard of customer service? Instead of asking/answering questions to try to get to the bottom of things, just telling a customer they’re wrong and their exact recollection of events is impossible?
