We had an extremely unpleasant experience in the custom framing department at this Michael’s location. The woman assisting us was incredibly rude, dismissive, and had a snippy attitude from the moment we asked a simple question. Instead of being helpful or professional, she acted annoyed and uninterested in doing her job. Custom framing is not cheap, and we expected at least basic customer service. This interaction was so uncomfortable that we will not be returning to this location and would not recommend their framing services to anyone.
Great store will a full range of arts & crafts items. Although the assortment seem diminished compared to 10 years ago, and also limited varieties in many categories, possible due to decreased consumer demands and internet war prices; its always easier to buy these products in person considering the detail level that your project has.
A large craft and hobby store that also has a large selection of christmas decorations including trees, lights, ornaments and garlands. There are products for many hobbies, especially painting and other crafts. They have a large selection of picture frames as well.
The store itself was a pretty standard Michaels, however, the staff was not great. I was trying to get fabric cut, so I could buy it, but there was not a staff member there and they removed the help button. So then I went to find someone, two employees were busy chit chatting and had been for a good twenty minutes at that point (they were chit chatting right near the fabric which is how I knew). They did not want to help me. I managed to find someone else, but after about 20 minutes realized they were not going to come help me. Eventually I managed to find someone else, and she was lovely. So 1/4 employees were actually willing to take the five minutes it takes to cut fabric. I would understand if they had been busy with stuff, like stocking shelves, online orders, etc., but two of them were literally just chit chatting and gossiping for well over 40 minutes by the time I got my fabric cut.
it's 9:26 but I've seen reviews that said they close early. will see and will update my experience even if I am coming in late.. is 10 am I had enough time they didn't rush me and I was able to take my time and shop I really enjoyed my shopping to time . The young lady upfront was very welcoming too . So as always be your own critic our expectations and experience aren't always the same . 😜
