Do not deliver packages here. They are very quick to "lose" your package without providing any additional info. Had to call customer service 5 times before any action was taken. Weekend ruined. Thx FedEx.

Got made fun of by Memo for my limp. I just got out of a cast I’ve had on for two months. Asked him for help carrying some heavy boxes for my job from my truck and when I saw he didn’t follow me outside I went back inside and saw him fake limping to some girls laughing behind the counter. Made me feel really nasty about something in my passing, would hate to imagine the feeling of this being a permanent disability that I was getting made fun of. Unprofessional and just gross character. My manager said he will pay the gas for me to drive to the next closest fedex which is 17 minutes vs. this one that’s only 4 and unfortunately I will be accepting that offer going forward

Exceptional Service at FedEx, Thanks to Jason and his team! I can’t say enough great things about the outstanding service my wife and I received from Jason, the associate manager at the FedEx Office on Nacogdoches. My wife had emailed the location with a specific request for an image to be printed at a particular size. Jason promptly looked into our request and provided helpful recommendations to ensure the final product was exactly what we needed. The result was absolutely perfect—better than we could have hoped for! Jason also guided us to the project table where we could make any necessary adjustments, which made the process so much easier and stress-free. He was attentive, professional, and truly made us feel valued as customers. This location is my go-to for all printing needs—whether it’s resumes or large posters—and it’s because of the exceptional customer service. Jason sets a high standard as a leader, and his dedication ensures that every client is taken care of with professionalism and care. I’m confident this FedEx Office will continue to serve San Antonio with excellence, thanks to Jason and his incredible team. Highly recommended!

What can I say? The people of San Antonio are truly people that care! When I came in on April 7th, 2022, I was preparing for the funeral of my dear sister and I prepared a special graphic for her. I was greeted by Jason and Alyssa who really helped make the poster pop! They took time with me to get it right and it came out amazing! I will never forget the love, service and care they showed me. Thanks for everything!!!
