From the minute you walk through the door, Feel and Heal has a beautiful calm and soothing atmosphere. The treatment I received for my neck and arm pain was fantastic. Bank is kind and softly spoken and was always respectful. I'm booked in for next week 🙌 Ps, also good to know: they are open on a Sunday 😅

My husband and I were booked for 60-minute relaxation massages. We both ended up having remedial massages but they were amazing - both Bank and Yong were friendly, professional and good at what they do - they located pressure points and we had much better movement afterwards. We were also happy to be able to use our health insurance here. Definitely recommend!

Ning is a very skilled and intuitive therapist. I had a deep-tissue remedial massage with strong pressure (just how I prefer), and she focused on exactly the right spots. I felt the benefits over the next few days, especially the release in my neck and shoulders. If I lived in Newcastle I’d definitely go more often.

Beautifully quiet location, prepared you in a relaxed setting, discussed reasons for treatment, catered to my physical needs & ailments, the room was calming. Bonus was intuitive and detailed what she was doing the entire way, so you felt safe as she laid hot rocks down my spine (checking each time whether heat was ok), and generally proceeded to provide a super relaxing massage & treatment. Definitely refer others. Plus there were a couple of last minute spots available on a Saturday. Super thankful! And as it was gifted to me, even more special!
