I recently hired Filip for a cockroach infestation in a building I mange with 6 units, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. From the very beginning, the professionalism was evident. He took the time to assess the situation thoroughly and explained the treatment process in detail, which made me feel confident in their expertise. The treatment was incredibly effective—I noticed a significant reduction in the cockroach activity almost immediately. We also spoke about a concrete plan of the next follow up to ensure we solve the cockroach problem effectively. Customer service was top-notch. Filip was friendly, responsive, and always ready to address any questions I had throughout the process. They also provided a clear estimate before starting, which I appreciated. They were punctual and completed the job in a timely manner, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Filip to anyone in need of pest control services. Their combination of professionalism, effectiveness, and excellent customer service truly sets them apart!
