Got my daughter’s ears pierced with Jessica for her birthday. Clean and welcoming and helpful. Daughter is kind of scaredy but everyone put her at ease and made her comfortable. Literally no problems with the piercing and it’s been a week.

Had a eyebrow piercing accident from another shop so I came here because it was the closest to me and I had been here once prior to get my belly piercing done years ago and they were lovely then as well, with nice jewelry selections. Anyways I called in about my fresh piercing falling out and they were very understanding I thought my piercing was done for but they were able to help me get my jewelry back in. I expected a fee since my piercing wasn’t done here but they did it free of charge :))

Clean, fun, and professional. Laycie did a fantastic job with our daughter's ear piercing. She was quick and so good with keeping our daughter calm (of course Mom and I did our part). They had a great selection of ear rings/studs and were clear with aftercare necessities. They want to do a great job and keep it fun for folks, nice balance.
