I was getting engaged with my fiancé and I wanted to get a nice gift and while I was in Vancouver, I saw this nice store, fine finds boutique. I went inside, staff were impeccably professional, kind, and welcoming. The nice lady at front told me exactly what to get for my fiancé and told me should would love it. I got it, and gave it to her, and to my expectations, she loved it so much. Highly recommend this store

Loved this store it was very much my style! Didn’t expect to find something I like but got lucky that I found cute clothes in my size! Employees were very kind and actually helped me put my outfit together. Love the help they offered and how welcoming they were. 🤗🌷

I've never posted a negative review before and I think it's important to support local businesses but my experience was just so bad I felt like I had no choice. I tried to exchange two dresses I had received from my mother-in-law as a birthday gift as they didn't fit....the store associates said no and were incredibly rude about it. Because it was outside of 10 days and the sales associate had not made a note on the receipt stating it was a gift, they would not exchange or give a store credit. (Even though one of the associates remembered my mother-in-law buying them as a gift!). I even offered to show my DL to show them that my birthday was only a few days back. I ended up so frustrated I left the two dresses, worth almost $400, at the store and left - with no attempt by either of the two associates to try to rectify or find some solution. My mother-in-law then called to see if she might have more luck and had the same treatment. Based on some other reviews here, bad customer service seems like a consistent theme. Extremely disappointing, will never shop here again.
