First time going to Finks. Nicola was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was very patient with me. Very satisfied with my purchase - one glitch was the time it took to receive the documentation to certify my purchase. Nicola was diligent in her pursuit of the paperwork and got it taken care of. Overall very satisfied!

I had such a great experience at FINKS during their “Sparkle for Spring” diamond event last Friday. My friend and I met there, and it turned into a truly valuable and educational experience. We learned so much about diamonds—quality, what to look for, and how to make the best selection—which made the entire visit feel intentional and worthwhile. After that, I had the pleasure of working with Diane, and she was absolutely exceptional. This isn’t my first time working with her, and she truly came through again. She was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me with such care and expertise. I purchased a breathtaking pair of diamond stud earrings that are perfectly cut and beautifully matched—they catch the light effortlessly and have an incredible brilliance. They exceeded every expectation. The quality, sparkle, and overall presentation were absolutely stunning—but what made the experience unforgettable was Diane’s level of service. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows her craft and delivers a luxury-level experience from start to finish, Diane is the one. I will absolutely be back! —A very happy (and sparkling) customer ✨
