Ash! He’s what everyone should strive to be! First class act in every way. He’s was very attentive to my wife for all her needs at the store. Warm kind hearted person that has really good taste in what she likes as well as my taste in diamond purchases! It is a pleasure doing business with him and look forward to more purchases in the future with Ash…

We had an amazing experience purchasing diamond bracelet , thanks to Ash Dhansinghani as always. I’ve been buying diamonds from him for the past 8 years, and he continues to exceed expectations every time. He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly listens to what we want. Even on his day off, he came into the shop for our appointment, which truly shows his dedication. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and we felt confident and well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I shopped at other well known jewelers in town and found them to be lifeless and blah. When I first walked into Diamond’s Direct it was buzzing with customers and life! It was very comfortable and inviting. Ash made my buying experience very pleasurable. He patiently took great care of me. I feel like a relationship was built. I don’t see that coming. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIAMONDS DIRECT!!’

I had the absolute best experience at Diamonds Direct thanks to Jana! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and guided me through every step with so much patience, kindness, and expertise. You can tell she genuinely loves helping people find the perfect ring. She made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to Jana, I picked out the perfect ring, and I couldn’t be happier! If you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond, ask for Jana. She’s amazing!

This is by far the best jewelry store for stock and custom pieces! They promote top-quality customer service with a knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous staff. Specifically, Jana is an absolute delight to work with; she remembers and engages with customers, making the entire process incredibly enjoyable. I have had multiple items done at this location and will come back to Jana every time. Additionally, the facility is accommodating to everyone, especially children (despite being mostly glass and full of valuable items). Finally, they offer top-notch services with custom designs, a wide variety of stones, a 110% buy-back guarantee on natural diamonds, and complimentary cleaning, making the acquisition, maintenance, and upgrade of your perfect piece convenient and straightforward. I have had a unique engagement ring made, found complementing earrings, am working on a diamond size upgrade, and have had countless items cleaned, and will be coming back for as long as I need jewelry. If you're in the market for new jewelry or want to revamp an existing piece, I highly recommend the incredible staff and services at Diamonds Direct.
