The Finn Team is truly the best—there isn’t another real estate team I would consider in the city. I first worked with them, specifically J, when buying my first home in 2018, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I recently sold that starter home and had the pleasure of working with Rick on the listing, and I could not have been more pleased. His guidance on pricing, staging, photos, and marketing was invaluable. On the buying side, working with J again was just as seamless—if not even better—than the first time. He has an incredible ability to connect with his buyers, truly understand what they’re looking for, and make you feel like family. He goes to bat for his clients and ensures they’re getting the absolute best deal possible. I fully trusted his judgment and guidance throughout the entire process. Beyond the agents themselves, the entire behind-the-scenes team provides unmatched peace of mind. Emilee was especially helpful in breaking down the next steps leading up to closing. Since this was my first time selling a home, I had a long list of questions, and the team answered every single one with patience, clarity, and zero judgment. I cannot say enough positive things about the Finn Team. They are a breath of fresh air in the real estate world, and they’ve earned a forever client in me. Thank you, truly, to everyone at the Finn Team—we are so excited to make our new house a home!

I had a wonderful experience working with Rick, Holly, and Emilee of The Finn Team at Coldwell Banker Realty. They are clearly market experts and helped me quickly and successfully navigate the home buying market in Cincinnati to buy my new home. They made the process as easy as possible, especially for someone like me who was coming in from out of market. I appreciated their expertise, attention to detail, and responsiveness - but also their kindness. I’m so glad I found their team!

Brandon was a huge asset in helping us purchase our first home! His clear communication, transparency, and responsiveness are what set him apart from others in the industry. He is well-informed on the greater Cincinnati market and is surrounded by an awesome team! We were brand new to the process with no prior home buying experience, so he did a great job explaining the process, helping us search, and putting in a competitive yet reasonable offer on a house that we loved. We really appreciated his flexible schedule which also helped us to tour houses as soon as they were available and act quickly in a hot market. We highly recommend Brandon and the Finn Team for an efficient and effective home buying experience!

The Finn Team was excellent to work with. J Webb provided expert guidance throughout our first home buying journey. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to help us narrow down what would work best for our young family. He was able to give great insight into a homes potential. He was always very responsive, honest, and professional. The team offered support at each step of the process. We highly recommend working with the Finn Team!
