I found Michael to be someone who really looks out for your interests. He is a real pro and has so much knowledge of the hyde park market and of real estate in general and what needs to be done before you list a home. From start to finish I felt very comfortable knowing I had the most experienced agent in the area on my side. Why would one go with anyone else ?

Our experience with the Hinckley group was five stars plus, plus! They took much of the stress out of selling our house. Their suggestions for preparing the house for showings were spot on and they guided us through all the necessary paperwork and documentation. We were very impressed with Michael’s deep knowledge of the market, appropriate pricing and negotiating skills, resulting in 2 firm offers on the first day. We could not have been more satisfied with the experience from start to finish.

We could not have asked for a better experience! Michael was kind, diligent, honest, transparent, and available in a flexible way. He was such an amazing advocate as we went through the process of searching for and purchasing a home. Working with The Hinckley Group was a dream come true. We were out-of-town first-time home buyers, and they couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the entire process. Cannot be happier with our experience with the Hinckley Group.
