Everything was pretty good! The only thing that was not up to par was the women's bathroom. It needs an overhaul. Dark and creepy and no toilet paper in all the stalls other than one. Other than that all else was well.

I wanted to go to Firebirds because I hadn't been in a while. The food was delicious but it wasn't as hot as I would have liked. I ordered the Mint Condition which is a Spirit-Free drink but very tart. I also ordered the Salmon with mixed vegetables and a loaded baked potato. The potato wasn't as hot, but the salmon and vegetables were very good. We also got the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and they were delicious 😋. My daughter ordered the same except she had shrimp. Her drink was the smoked pineapple water. My grandson had grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and fruit.

I’ve been to this Firebirds several times before, and usually the food and experience are great. Unfortunately, this visit was a bit disappointing. I ordered the aged ribeye, and it just wasn’t what I expected. The steak came out warm at best — the butter on top wasn’t melted, and my baked potato was cold inside with the cheese not even melted. When I sent it back, the reheating seemed to make the steak worse, which was really disappointing. On a positive note, the drinks were amazing, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect as always. I’ve even celebrated a birthday here before, so I know Firebirds can do better. Hopefully next time the food matches the great service and vibe they’re known for.

We went to a 17 year old birthday gathering. To his surprise he went well over the number of expected guests. He spoke with management and they met more accommodations to the best of their ability. They were very professional and served 👏🏾 with a spirit of excellence. It was my first visit, and I was so amazed. The FIREBIRD ROASTED CHICKEN is award winning to me. It looked great, but the taste was better....huge in flavor. It was so tender, juicy, and fresh. It will be hard for me to try anything else, but I will (in the future). It was GREAT!!! The mashed potatoes were creamy with a great garlic flavor. Broccoli was perfectly cooked. Others at our table, had the honey glazed chicken, 3 entree salmon and shrimp, and appetizer wings and baked potato as entree. The cesar salads were fresh and plentiful. The only disappointed was the wings, but it was because our preference is not fried foods. Our waitress expressed it would be smoked but then a quick splash fry. So it was tried but not preferred. The texture was too hard and dry for his palate. Nevertheless, he was offered the option of ordering something different, but he decided not to. The item was taken off if the menu. Thank you for understanding. Our waitress was Carla. O so courteous. A sweet and gentle spoken waitress. Patience truly is one of her virtues, and she knows that menu. YES! She was helpful in my meal choice. She hit it on target. We had an austic child with us. He was active but she never responded as though nothing was going on. We highly commend her service. That really made our evening grand. Hats off to all the waitresses and management for touching the heart of a young man whose desire was to unite friends and family for his special occasion. Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is one of a handful of branded restaurants that carry consistency in the food they serve. No matter if you’re dining in NC, FL or MD you will enjoy the same delicious steaks and parmesan crusted chicken plus EXTRA strong cocktails! Staff was accommodating and helpful, atmosphere always inviting no matter the time of day. Afternoons typically are more quiet vs late evening dinners but for either you will have a great time.
