After two years, I decided to come back and get re-certified with Mr. Santiago. He is hands down one of the best instructors I have come across. His class is engaging, interactive, fun, and educational. What he teaches truly sticks, and that’s what I like so much about his class. I would highly recommend him!

Eli was such a great instructor. He was so kind and made everybody feel comfortable from the start. He was knowledgeable and experienced and was able to keep us engaged the whole time. He shared stories from his career and his life that were interesting and educational, helping us understand the real-life importance of what we were learning.

I recently hosted a BLS/CPR class with Fired Up Solutions for a group of nine, and it was fantastic! Eli, the owner and instructor, came to our location, arrived on time, and had everything ready to go. He made the class enjoyable, engaging, and easy to understand, while still being thorough and professional. We especially appreciated that he provided additional resources afterward and issued our BLS cards immediately—no waiting around. I genuinely couldn’t recommend a better (or more fun!) instructor. Eli was awesome! I actually feel very confident in trying to save someones life. I believe the way Eli incorporates storytelling of real life events along with constant rehearsal makes it stick. I loved the hospitality he showed as well and welcomed us into his home. I definitely recommend Eli to anyone looking to get BLS certified and come out with confidence that will last a long time. Eli was such a natural teacher, very inspiring and made learning CPR so fun. Great use of real life situations and our hands on trainings was simply the best. My trainings in the past were not as close to informative and fun as Eli's. You're in great hands with Eli! Such a great person!
