Working with Firefly on our new branded Microsoft Office templates has been a great experience. Ben and Charlotte really took the time to understand our brand and what we needed, and they delivered templates that look fantastic and are easy for everyone in the business to use. They were responsive, and quick to turn things around, which made the whole process simple and enjoyable. We’re really pleased with the outcome and would happily recommend Firefly to others.

We’ve been really impressed with the FireFly team and the work they’ve delivered for us. The quality of the new Brockwell templates has been excellent, and the ease of use has been a huge improvement on what we were previously working with. The training provided was clear, engaging, and extremely beneficial to our admin team. Overall, it’s made a real difference to how we work day-to-day, and we’d be happy to recommend FireFly to others.

I had an excellent experience with Firefly who developed a set of company branded Microsoft Word templates for my team. Ben, Megan and Jim were great to work with throughout the process, always responsive and understanding of the requests we put to them. The end product was excellent and we have successfully rolled out the templates across the team with great feedback from colleagues. I would highly recommend Firefly.
