Freak are the best. Jay immersed himself in our project and delivered precisely what we wanted for our new hotel. Always available to speak with , he was professional throughout and engaging at the same time. We’ve already noticed a significant uptick in direct bookings. Although not cheap, the importance of a first class shop window cannot be underestimated and we are confident that the returns we will achieve going forward will greatly outweigh the initial investment.

I approached Jay at Freak Design to redesign our website. I looked carefully at many web designers and picked Freak Design based on the fact that they are a small team offering bespoke services. I also liked their own website and examples of their work. Our own website was starting to look quite outdated, and Jay was frank from the outset that he felt it would benefit from a revamp and that he could significantly improve it. I already had a fair amount of experience with website development and had several meetings with Jay to let him know what I was looking for. He took the time and effort to understand our business and our competitors. I can honestly say that what Jay produced has far exceeded my expectations. He has gone over and beyond what was required. He is a perfectionist and listened very carefully to what we wanted to achieve and to reflect our philosophy. He was able to look at our website from a fresh perspective and put himself in the position of potential clients.
