Technician did excellent job for installing the vent out side of roofing and painting to be matched with h other vents. He also looked around status of roofing shingle whether need to replaced. Appreciate for the extra working.

As part of our Milestone service contract Firestone came out for a roof refresh. The tech, Anthony, was great. Prompt, courteous, and thorough making sure we knew what he was doing and photo evidence of everything. We’ve been very pleased with our Milestone service and their partnering with Firehouse proves they take good care of their customers.
