10/10 Service. We used Mr Anthony Allen and from the beginning phenomenal. This was my first ever time doing a claim for a roof. My first home so I was afraid of getting screwed over and just not knowing what to expect. Mr Allen walked me through step by step from inspection, approval and roof completion. He did not force anything on me which I love and gave me the ultimate control!! I’m so thrilled with my roof, from the ridges which makes a huge difference, the selection of shingles was amazing . He even was able to get my gutters replaced ( not shown in photo) on top of my roof. One thing I want to point of was the attention to detail for his team. They arrived on time, Anthony was on site with his team, and was amazing. I love my roof and it was something I’d do again with Mr Anthony. If you need a roof, looking for a roof replacement, Anthony , Priority Roofing Dallas are you guys to call 10/10 experience !!!

I am extremely impressed with the service and quality of work provided by Adam Vondrak and Priority Roofing. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They guided me through the insurance claim process with ease and completed the full roof replacement quickly, minimizing disruption. The crew was respectful of the property and left the work area spotless. The new roof looks fantastic, and the entire experience was stress-free. Needed to have a new roof done after the May 2024 storm. Called up our buddy Frank Vitale with Priority Roofing. I cannot say enough good things about them and the experience. They worked with us and our insurance (which can be stressful as everyone knows). They work on not just roofing if you need it. We got the new roof, new garage door since that was damaged, washed down and painted deck and fence from hail damage, replaced gutters that were damaged and even added roof ventilation that was found lacking. They are super professional and hard working. They kept everything clean and stepped you through the process and answered any questions you had. Always easy reach them if you needed to and always responded back within 24 hours. Would use again and we usually refer them if anyone asks.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Priority Roofing, and more specifically, Justin Dorsey. From the moment I reached out, the level of service provided was truly exceptional.
