Top notch, no question. I got a whole new roof, and they helped me make the right choice for me, they were quick with installation, and very thorough with cleanup. I only found two nails afterwards, which is extremely good; the amount of 'moving and shaking' they were doing up there, I would have expected to find many more. The materials they use are very quality, and the speed at which a change order was done when unexpected damage was discovered was amazingly fast. Customer service is great, salesperson was great, foreman was great, the individual workers themselves were great. I had some follow up questions and needed them to fill out a form for my insurance company, and that was handled very punctually as well. I felt respected, valued, and like I made the right choice. Highly recommend.
I would recommend Firehouse roofing. They all did a good job. From Skylar coming out to Aaron overseeing the roof install. Cody took care of the Skylight when it came in. The crew who installed new roof were respectful and did a good job. I would have no problem using them again. Not that I want anymore hail storms. 2016 storm was a bad one. The March 2025 one was not that bad but overall during the 9 years I have had many hail storms hit house. They upgraded my Shingles to class 3 which will help and also helps insurance cost. Insurance paid for roof so really can't say about price paid.
Excellent service. Their planner, Cameron was on time to look at the job and gave me a thorough recommendation. Their installation was completed on time and a job well done. I highly recommend them for any future roof and siding related work.
Firehouse Roofing did a nice job of working with my insurance company and their inspector to make sure they understood the damage that had been done to my roof. They also did a nice job of communicating during the project phases. There were a few issues that came up that needed to be corrected including the chimney being bowed and crooked, flashing not being replaced at the sides of my garage, the chimney cap color not matching what was originally selected and an additional change order charge for items in the original bid. I am very pleased to say that all items were rectified with no additional charges to me. For the chimney, they even removed all siding, did work on the framing to correct the issue and replaced and painted all siding including the chimney cap. It is now perfectly straight, structurally sound and looks great! They waived the change order charge, replaced the flashing at the garage. Things go wrong and issues are discovered during major projects such as these and it’s what is done to correct them that matters. Firehouse stood behind their work and went above and beyond to correct each issue. Alexis in particular was outstanding in his communication and attention to detail during this process. I would certainly recommend Firehouse Roofing to anyone needing roofing, gutters, siding and related work done.
It was a pleasure partnering with Firehouse and their contractors in remediation of roof, chimney and gutter damage from our neighbor’s fallen tree. Communication was timely, repairs were completed in an appropriately expected timeframe. Issues were addressed and resolved within a reasonable period. Customer service was great and all members of the team were polite and professional. Hopefully we won’t require any services soon but will definitely be our first call.
