Steve was the greatest down to earth help, I needed someone to tell me how it is and what to expect and how the repairs would go about being diagnosed. He def gives me the inclination that he treats everyone fairly and with dignity

We came in with an issue with our wiper blades that was a result of some recent services that were completed at a dealership in MN. We were concerned about our safety on road as we had a ways to travel on expressway ( Chicago) and it was raining and snowing. Josh was AMAZING! He was quickly able to identify the issue and was able to correct it! Thank you Josh.. we appreciate YOU!!

Stopped by Firestone to get some help with an issue I was having with my vehicle, and the team there was fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and got it resolved without any hassle. Everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly, and honest about what needed to be done. It’s hard to find that kind of service these days, and they definitely earned my trust. I’ll definitely be coming back to Firestone for all my future vehicle needs. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Firestone in Madison! I was out of town over Labor Day weekend when I got a flat tire. To make matters worse, I discovered that the shop who replaced my last tire had never returned the wheel lock key. With most places closed for the holiday, I was stressed about how I’d get home. From the very first phone call, Jonathan was incredibly calming, helpful and sympathetic to my situation. He walked me through the process, reassured me, and took care of everything start to finish. His kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. The manager, Jarrid, also stepped in to tie up some loose ends, and his thoughtfulness really stood out as well. Thanks to both, I was safely back on the road the same day. This shop went above and beyond. I’m grateful they were open and willing to help when I needed it most. Highly recommend.

Was sent a survey, but it timed-out? Have to give props to this store, for awesome service and pricing. Had a blow-out and Steve (Mgr) was extremely helpful, and quick, to get us back on the road, ASAP, with a new spare!. Thank you, to all service people at this location. Highly recommended
