Great experience. Came in with my spare on and flat tire in trunk as a walk in. They great you kindly at the door and check your tires super quick. Actual repair too about 1.5hr. They keep you informed throughout the process. They have some seating and water bottles while you wait. Saw people also coming in for tire light checks, tire rotation, and alignment (belive it was around $87 dollars though might depend on your type of car). The alignments appeared to be first come first served.

Picked up a big nail on a holiday during sub zero weather, called Discount Tire around 5PM and they said they could squeeze me in. They stayed till 8PM to help me out, and fixed the flat for free! No paperwork, no up sell, just took care of it so I could drive home safely. That kind of service is why I buy my tires here. Super friendly crew and nice lobby too

Jacob was phenomenal! I called and ordered tires and came in to the shop. Unfortunately, the tires I ordered were misrepresented in stock from their vendor. I'm very grateful that he made everything right! I would recommend this location anytime! Customer Service and Satisfaction 100%

I must admit when I write google reviews it’s usually the negative but today with discount tire that has changed into the better. I set up an appointment last night and I’m already in this morning getting new tires on my car. While appointment times and availability vary they have been quick and communicated very well about the timing of completion and such. We went over different tires and warranty options and I’ve been very happy with my experience here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for tire replacements. Shoutout to Rook and his team for making this a great experience.

Rook and the team were amazing, got a great deal and car got done FAST! (and it wasn't a new car by all means, rusty frame) The team lifted the car from soild points and got the job done very efficiently and professional quality! Thank you for your service East Washington Team!
