Professional work and the plumber answered all of my questions. The work involved several trips between the muddy side of the house and the basement. I set down plastic drop cloths between the back door and basement bathroom to protect the carpets from muddy footprints. Some customers might not do that. I expect contractors who need to enter my house to come prepared with drop clothes and booties to cover their muddy shoes and to protect my carpets The plumber caulked everything on the outter wall and cleaned up the mess and residue where the work had been done. The same family owned company did more extensive repairs for us 3 years ago. That work was also done professionally. I would not hesitate to use their service again
