Excellent service from this ARC even though my vehicle was total loss by the insurer they were so helpful in providing me with a courtesy car for a few days extra as there was no car available from the car hire company used by the insurer.

After an accident I had in December 2019, First Choice were nominated by my insurer to repair the bodywork issues. On their first attempt, their filling and paint correction lasted a few months before the issues underneath began to show through again. Areas of the repair were dimpling. They did not replace the front bumper correctly and the rear bumper began to cloud/mist with whatever they had used on it. There were paint runs left down the door frames. On the second return, they agreed they hadn't completed the job to the required standard and so tried 'patching' the issues. Initially this second repair seemed of better quality but the rear bumper cloudiness then showed through again, as did the scratches along the nearside of the car. I took it back for a third time, where they re-did the entire job. On return of my car, they have now caused more damage than they remedied - trims haven't been replaced correctly, my front nearside alloy has been kerbed, my nearside mudguard pins were clearly forced out, one being damaged and unusable but left there anyway as a hazard rather than replaced. The inner wheel arch trim on the same wheel is now loose, and that tyre's pressure has dropped dramatically from what it was previously, and not in line with the other tyre's natural deviations due to temperature. They have scratched the chrome lining above the front nearside wing, whilst sanding I suspect, and left visible scratches across the door/rear panel section (3dr car). They have also removed some of the tint that was on the rear lights. So, they have once again failed to repair the damage they are paid to repair, but caused MORE damage. This is going to cost me in the long run. Would not recommend under any circumstances and definitely will not be returning for a 4th 'check'.

Damage to my car from an accident. Took the car to First Choice from insurance recommendations and 3 working days to get the fixed and looking brand new. They even repaired some damage to the car that wasn’t involved in the accident as a good gesture. From start to finish they’ve let me know everything along the way and done things very quickly. Massive thanks to Andrew, Ali, Joe and Callum!
