If you are looking for the most effective, challenging, and motivating fitness experience in Toronto, Fit Factory is it. I have tried the heavy hitters, Barry's, Sweat and Tonic, Orange Theory, One Academy, and F45, and time and time again, I come back to Fit Factory. It simply delivers results that the others cannot touch. This is not an “instagrammy” place, but a place to work out HARD! I even moved farther away, and it is 100% worth the commute to keep coming back! The energy here is unmatched, and it starts with the best in class instructors. My absolute favourites are the original Kurt and Mikey. They push you to your limit while ensuring you maintain great form and a positive mindset. My top class recommendations are: Boot Camp: High intensity and guaranteed to leave you feeling strong. Athletic Conditioning: Focuses on functional movements that translate directly to a fitter, more capable life. One of the best parts is the group mentality and the partner based workouts. The sense of community and friendly competition is incredibly motivating. While the intensity is still there, I have noticed how the classes have become more accommodating for all different fitness levels over time. You get an intense workout no matter what, but the coaches always provide scaling options, making it accessible for everyone. Best of all, they keep it fresh. Each workout is different, and they are constantly finding new and interesting ways to challenge you. This is functional fitness!! If you need proof that Fit Factory works, look no further than my wedding preparation. My husband and I went 4 times a week for 2 months, and the transformation was incredible. I happily dropped one whole dress size. My husband dropped an unbelievable two full suit sizes. Front Desk and Staff: The staff is consistently super nice. They truly hire great people who make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. Facilities: The facilities are always clean and well maintained. Appreciate the showers and amenities in the change room. Flexibility: I love the class packages over the monthly memberships. This flexible option is perfect, especially for those who do not live close by but still want to make the journey.

I’ve been going to Fit Factory downtown for almost a year, and it’s made a real difference for me. I feel great physically, but the best part is that I finally built a routine — something really important for my long-term health. The workouts are dynamic and never boring, and the coaches are always paying attention and ready to help. Michael, Yaw, and Kurt do a great job pushing you in the right way. Lucas, Stephanie, and Stefan are newer to the team, but they’re just as good and really solid additions. And even though I don’t go to the boxing classes often, Luis’s sessions are super fun and perfect whenever I want to change things up. Overall, a great place if you want a supportive gym that keeps you motivated.

I absolutely love training with Lucas at Fit Factory! He’s the perfect mix of strict, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He pushes you in the best way possible and never stops moving—constantly walking around to check everyone’s form, correcting postures, adjusting weights, and making sure you’re getting the most out of every rep. If you’ve ever taken one of his Hyrox conditioning classes, you know he’s an absolute beast—in the very best way. The energy, structure, and intensity he brings are unmatched. You walk out of class feeling faster, lighter, and genuinely stronger. Lucas is the kind of trainer who makes you better every single session. Highly recommend! 💪

The Boot Camp class was what got me hooked on Fit Factory. I felt like it was worth my time because the workout I got was so good, the sweat spoke for itself! I really enjoyed the community at Fit Factory and it was always so inspiring seeing so many different people in all walks of life challenge themselves. I joined Fitness Factory three years ago, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my strength, confidence, and physique. The classes can be tough, but they’re there to push you to achieve your fitness goals. What’s really helped me is the support from the other members and trainers throughout the years. In particular, I want to give a shoutout to Mikey’s classes. Every class I’ve been to, whether it’s his strength or burn classes, he brings the energy and pushes you to your limits. His passion for fitness and dedication to helping you achieve your goals are evident in his classes. Whether you’re trying to improve your cardio, strength, flexibility, or endurance, they have a wide range of classes to offer to help you on your fitness journey. While the classes can be intimidating if you’re new, the trainers are very welcoming and encouraging. If you’re unsure about your form or are new to fitness, they’ll come around to help you adjust it. However, if you’re looking for a smaller class, they offer personal training sessions to help you get started. To be completely honest, I was nervous when I first joined, but now, I can’t imagine my routine without it. The community, the trainers, and the results make it all worth it. If you are considering joining a class, the first step is to get out of your comfort zone and TRY it out. You won’t regret it!
