Absolutely love all the coaches but Jess' AM classes are an amazing way to start the day, workouts are fun and challenging without feeling repetitive, location is prime. Couldn't be happier!

I held a workout this past weekend at Fit Factory... and wow... this space... the owner... everything... could not have been a more pleasant experience! Seriously- this gym was incredible, clean, and Jonny made everything go as smooth as possible. The people from the Fit Factory community were awesome as well. Exercise guidance and instruction is world class and the results are second to none. From the top down, the staff is genuine, sincere, and invested in the success of its members (and out of town visitors like me). Special shout out to Coaches JT and Jess for consistently providing the motivation, encouragement, and support to get the most out of every workout and for always maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.
