This place stole over two hundred dollars from mine and my husband's card (after withdrawing from the classes). When I locked my card, they were still trying to take money from my account. Not long after complaining, they moved locations to Nashville. They're a scam, using financial loopholes so it's not entirely illegal. Watch out, lest you get broke.
I typically don’t enjoy going to the gym, so I thought trying something new, like boxing, might be a fun way to exercise and release some anxiety I had been feeling recently. From the moment I stepped into Mayweather Boxing + Fitness Nashville, it didn’t feel like just another gym—it felt like family. Both Candice and Kwame are fantastic instructors who make every class enjoyable, no matter your skill level. Their energy, encouragement, and genuine care make the experience more than just a workout; it's a space where you can push yourself while having fun. Alex is always fun and helpful, adding to the positive and welcoming atmosphere. I always leave feeling stronger and more refreshed, both physically and mentally. If you’re looking for a supportive, welcoming environment to get fit and let off some steam, this is the place!
Candace is such a great teacher. She makes working out fun and is motivating! Makes you wanna you wanna go back!
What a great & fun idea to mix in boxing with fitness. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 sessions while in Nashville and was drenched both class. No boxing experience is necessary, the gym was very clean with very good amenities. Candace is an elite level trainer. She doesn't miss a thing, great corrections, constantly adding in new wrinkles to help you meet your fitness goals and she was very motivating helping the mind battle through body fatigue. I highly recommend this to anyone of any fitness level. A fun and enjoyable way to work out & get in shape. I will definitely attend and sign up for another one of Candace's classes whenever I'm in the Nashville area. Team Covington!!!
I love this gym!!! As someone who started working out in the last few years, the energy and environment is very important to me as it sets the tone for your experience. I’ve been to lots of studio gyms where the employees/trainers are entitled and treat new people poorly, but that’s not the case here. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and both the trainers and the front desk workers are genuinely excited to see you show up. And the workout is amazing! I’ve been to quite a few boxing gyms now but this has got to be my favorite - the class layout keeps you engaged and it’s challenging/pushes you, but the trainers are always meeting people where they’re at so you can go at your own pace. The trainers are fun and they make it a point to get to know the members which always means a lot. I can’t recommend this place enough!
