It was decent until they started to charge me an extra 24-30 dollars per month, while on an 8 dollar membership. I asked the customer service and they said it’s because i paid it late, but I’m on an auto debit? That’s just an excuse. They are billing unethically. Even lots of ppl on reddit also have same experience. Worst gym ever.

Stay Away!!! To Fit4Less Leadership, BBB, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my experience at your Vancouver West Pender location on my first day of membership which was today. From the outset, I encountered unprofessional conduct from your staff. When I called for assistance locating the entrance, I was met with a dismissive and rude response. During my visit, I observed the same employee engaging in aggressive and inappropriate behavior, including slamming doors and using offensive language within the facility. The situation escalated when I was exiting the premises. Due to not wearing my glasses, I mistakenly approached the wrong door and the door kept chiming. This staff member responded with a disrespectful remark (“you clearly don’t know how to read”), followed by further dismissive and profane language when I attempted to clarify. I was ultimately told to leave in an aggressive manner. This incident has continued to cause me significant distress. This conduct is unacceptable and falls below any reasonable standard of customer service. It created a hostile and unsafe environment, which fundamentally undermines the purpose of the service I contracted for. Under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BPCPA), consumers are entitled to services delivered with fair dealing and without deceptive, coercive, or unconscionable practices. The behavior I experienced may reasonably be interpreted as a failure to meet these obligations, including providing services in a manner that is respectful, safe, and consistent with representations made at the time of sale. Accordingly, I am exercising my right to request: Immediate cancellation of my membership A full refund of all fees paid Written confirmation of these actions within a reasonable timeframe If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate further by filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing remedies through the Civil Resolution Tribunal or Small Claims Court, as applicable. I trust your organization will take this matter seriously and respond accordingly. I expect a written response at y
