Extremely irresponsible staff. I reached the gym at 9:15 AM and forgot my gym card. I rang the doorbell and called repeatedly, but there was zero response. I waited for 15 minutes and no one bothered to show up. After driving 20 minutes just to get there, this kind of careless and unprofessional behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Very pathetic management. Date-27/01/2026

The gym at this location is relatively small and has a only few number of machines, only 1 equipment of each type in whole Gym, quite disappointing. Often have to wait for others to finish their sets, which affects the overall workout experience. Despite the smaller space and fewer equipment options, the membership fees are the same as other locations that offer larger facilities and better-equipped gyms. The pricing should adjust fairly base on the size and availability of equipment at this location. Either the gym space and equipment should be expanded, or the subscription cost for members at this location should be adjusted accordingly. For those seeking better equipment variety and more spacious facilities, recommending other locations. Cleanliness of Gym is Good.

I have been to other fit4less gyms which have a better feel and better machines. I go here because it's close to home. The gym is clean and the staff are friendly/helpful

Even though the gym is old, Corey keeps it absolutely spotless. He’s truly the man for the job always making sure everyone enjoys the gym safely and comfortably. One time, I even lost my keys and he stayed back after his shift was over, spoke to everyone, and made sure I didn’t have to walk home. Amazing person and amazing service. Highly recommended!

Great machines. Great staff. We'll ventilated. Honestly love this gym! I've never really had yo wait for a machine as there's always something else to do.
