Shitty hours, always closed. Machines are always broken, but people are nice.

Kitchener location has the most number and best classes (especially Dance by Cat and Zumba by Nicole) and the reason I’m giving this high of a rating… Sauna works but you have to ask front desk to turn on and it’s a little smelly… This location is too warm all year round… Also very run down and dingy so a bit depressing to look at.

Very poorly maintained. Half the machines are “out of order” on most days. There is only one usable water fountain on each floor and it’s often broken and/or dirty. The paper towel dispensers are almost all broken. The ceiling drips in several spots and half the weight section has been taped off for months due to “unstable flooring,” which management does not care to fix. There’s a distinct musty odor throughout the building and staff refuses to open windows to air it out. There is mediocre music blaring so loud that it bothers me even with my noise-cancelling headphones on. Staff is slow to respond to requests and very unhelpful when any issues come up. Management is completely unhelpful and is more focused on signing up new members than fixing anything in the gym itself. They also try to charge you $10/month for some scam drink. It’s embarrassing to come here at this point but I’m too poor to switch gyms. If you can afford it, please go elsewhere.

I was a member for years. Everything were great until they have a new person in charge or something. Lack of care, the equipment almost always in service. Roof leaks but it takes them a while to fix it. From the first floor to second floor, they dont have very good of soundproofing at all, which mean if you are doing cardio downstairs and people working out upstairs dropping weights after their sets, does not matter how gentle they put down, you will hear it and it seems like someone hammering above your head. Overalls I don't mind it at all, the staff were friendly except the black gentleman name Andrew. He big, he tall and he is really mean to the customers. I go to gym after work just for having a relaxing time for myself and I don't need that kind of attitude for me after my long day of work. Everyone have good day, bad day but this is unacceptable. If you can't improve your gym and do your job properly, let someone else do it. Thank you!

They keep over charging me for my membership, not to mention the equipment is really “in bad shape”, cancelled my membership… I will not return.
