I had personal training with Winona at fitness 19. She was incredible and did excellent training resulting in improved body condition . Would recommend her highly.

I've been going to this gym for over a year now, but I recently finished a twelve week training program with Winona and had to give her a good review. I started training with Winona after I injured myself doing deadlifts. I wanted a professional opinion on my form and to help prevent me from injuring myself in the future. Winona not only helped me solidify my form for my squats and deadlifts, she also diagnosed my low mobility and flexibility and taught me some exercises and stretches to improve. I've seen a lot of improvement since training with her, and am taking what she taught me forward into the rest of my workouts now that our sessions are finished. I would recommend Winona to anyone looking for a trainer here.

i have a trainer named Alejandra, and she is SO amazing, i always feel so encouraged, and shes like a best friend now, working out with feels like a refresher, definitely recommend this gym!! The people here are also so nice and it’s always great to walk in and see a nice smile

Trainer Winona is really communicative and very detailed in explaining the workouts. Additionally she gives really good advice on diet, nutrition and exercise.

I recently moved to Pasadena and have been looking for a gym. By far, this is the best gym I have found so far. The equipment is new, the place is clean, the staff are friendly, the environment is nice, and the price is very reasonable.The only downside for me is that it is a bit far from my home, and sometimes driving about 25 minutes can be frustrating. I have considered canceling my membership just because of the distance, but compared to other gyms, Fitness 19 is still my favorite, so I may stay and drive this long distance! It can also get quite crowded at times, which means you may need to wait for equipment. Special thanks to Jennie. She was very friendly, kind, and patient, and explained everything clearly. Today, I also talked to one other genteleman in the front desk, he was also great. I don’t know his name.
