One of the best gyms in the area! The trainers are all super knowledgeable and friendly. I love the women’s boxing class—it’s great for all levels. The Tuesday 5:15 boot camp is another favorite. Spencer and Greg are amazing! It’s definitely a challenging class, but they’re both really supportive and make it fun.
Very welcoming environment and easy to understand class set up. I've taken classes with Greg and Josue so far and really enjoyed them. I was curious about trying boxing and I'm glad I found this place in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.
Amazing gym! The atmosphere at LAKO is super friendly and motivating. The equipment is top quality. A great place to train and feel part of a community. Highly recommend!
Came in to practice some boxing. They offered a kickboxing class and I'm glad I joined. Coach Joe was amazing, very knowledgeable and Alissa at the front desk was very friendly. Amazing spot with great people to spar with!
Been my gym for the last three months. Good staff, awesome coaches always a great work out whether you take the class or just lifting on your own. 10/10 would recommend. Also the front guy David is handsome (he did not tell me to write this)
