Fitness by the sea is the absolute BEST camp! My kids have been going since they were old enough and the could not love it more! It’s the only camp that is non negotiable for them every summer! They have so much fun with the other kids and adore the camp counselors! They come home each day exhausted and so so happy. Their confidence in the water has grown so much thanks to this camp! A must in LA!

Such a great experience for my 5 year old! She didn't know anyone and the counselors were all so phenomenal! They took such good care of her the entire time she was at camp and a year later she still remembers their care and kindness. Fun activities and the most incredible and safe beach experience! Highly, highly recommend!!

My kids can't wait to spend another summer at FBS! They've already started putting their rash guards on and counting down the days! This is the only beach camp that I will send them to because I just feel safe each day when I drop my kids off knowing they are being watched by an older, more mature staff, especially around the ocean. I love the fact that the counselors play with my kids throughout the day and they come home with some amazing stories about their favorite counselors around the dinner table. Thank you Eric for making it so easy for us to enroll by picking the days that work best for our schedule; we just love your flexible and easy scheduling.

We have been sending our girls to FBS for the last 6 years. They have loved it and look forward to going every Summer! From the minute they check in, the fun begins---music, games, activities and then the ocean time. This is where they learned to boogie board without fear, paddle board and gain a sense of independence. Our oldest has moved on to Junior LifeGuard and I think that Summers at FBS played into her love of the ocean!

I have two daughters who have attended Fitness by the Sea for about five years! They absolutely love it! I was at first apprehensive about my kids being around the ocean but after drilling the owner Eric on his safety measures I felt they were in good hands! What made me feel comfortable was the ratio of kids to counselors in the water. It's a very safe camp, the activities are great and the fact that your child can pick their activities each day made this the best option for my kids. The best part about this camp are the older more responsible counselors. Many camps employ teenagers but this camp requires the counselors to be a certain age and their training is very rigorous. That was what ultimately sold me on this camp!
