I returned to CF Fitness after being away for several years, and I was genuinely impressed. The gym is super organized, extremely clean, and still very aesthetically pleasing, with fitness décor that creates a motivating atmosphere. The equipment and machines are excellent, with plenty of variety to support both strength training and overall fitness. One standout upgrade is the Recovery Zone, which is absolutely worth it if you’re serious about improving your workouts and recovery. Having access to a massage chair, leg compression therapy, hydromassage, Theragun, and sauna adds real value and makes a noticeable difference in how your body feels post-workout.

It’s a decent gym. I chose this company because it’s the only one around that has a women’s area. The women’s area is okay, but the machines are outdated. They’re functional, but they’re just old. I do love the privacy and seclusion of the women’s area. It also wasn’t overcrowded. The young woman that works there gave me a tour and she was very nice. I can’t remember her name, but the date is 12/16 and I went at @6-ish pm. I will be continuing my fitness journey here, but I reaaaally wish the equipment in the women’s area can get some updates eventually. (:

We’ve been members for a few months now and take our children into the kiddie gym once or twice a week. My youngest (1) goes most often these days. Farah and Sausan have done a wonderful job taking care of him while my husband and I get a workout in. They’re always very attentive and mindful of his needs during his time in there. I appreciate them very much. (: As for the gym itself, the women’s locker room is always very clean and well kept. The upstairs women only area is a god send for someone like me that isn’t comfortable in the main area. It is small, but as long as there aren’t too many people up there it’s good space wise. There’s also a fair amount of options for a limited space area. Additionally, I have noticed frequent loitering on equipment downstairs (I specifically go in the morning time). I typically only use the treadmill/stair master in the main area, so it doesn’t directly impact me, but I do think that would be frustrating for anyone that wants to use the things people are occupying to talk. Overall, this gym works very well for my family. Offering childcare, a women only area, and quite a large selection of workout options makes it a great place for us to be able to workout at the same time. I also think it’s worth noting that unfortunately my son and I will be taking a pause in our gym visits since I am currently pregnant again and not feeling well, but my husband will still be going!

I’ve been a member of CF Fitness for over 10 years, and I can confidently say it’s the best gym in all of Central Florida! The staff creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that it truly feels like home. Their customer service is top-notch—they’re always on top of any concerns, addressing issues right away. Equipment-wise, this gym is like an amusement park for fitness enthusiasts! They have everything you could possibly need—specialized rooms for different workouts, a lounge area, and more. Whatever other gyms offer, CF Fitness has it all—and then some! CF Fitness for life! 💪🏻
