I love this gym In addition to it being a beautiful facility- Mat Pilates with Emily was very enjoyable. It is my second time attending her class. She is really good about checking in with everyone during class and is willing to make modifications as needed. I definitely recommend coming here :)

Clean new equipment. However, if they had more body building machines then it’d be a better gym for actual body builders. Like hack squat, lat machine, chest press machine, etc. If you’re serious about gains this ain’t the place for you. Also, the recovery guy there in the back is a liar. He told me I didn’t get a free trial/service after the kind woman employee at the front desk gave me a paper stating I DID. So that also made me never want to comeback! He also had a weird attitude. Did not pass the vibe check.

I’ve been a member of this gym since day one, and it’s been amazing from the start. The HIIT and yoga stretching classes are top-tier—challenging, energizing, and restorative. The weight room is spacious, well-equipped, and never overcrowded. There’s a huge variety of workouts, great staff, and a motivating atmosphere. Totally recommend!

Long overdue review—I’ve been training at this gym for a couple of years now. XYMOGYM is spotless and consistently well-maintained. I primarily use the weightlifting area—it’s compact but well-equipped, with quality racks and gear, and it rarely feels crowded. The added bonus? A clean, well-kept sauna that’s perfect for winding down post-workout. Ideal spot for anyone who enjoys focused, no-frills training in a relaxed, low-key environment.

This is one of my favorite gyms in the Central Florida area! They have something to offer for everyone. From gym memberships/classes to personalized workouts and so much more. My kids and parents love it here as well!
