Amazing coaches and staff. Evan is a world class instructor, Celeste is great and friendly as the gym manager. Molly is a great coach who helps my 4 year old daughter Nora. Highly recommend for a place that is real training but also professional and safe for your family’s self defense training.
Love this place! So many great programs and I’m trying to narrow which one I want to focus on! Evan and Celeste are so welcoming and the fitness coaches are super dope and actually teach you boxing skills on top of giving you a hit workout! Been enjoying my martial arts and fitness journey so far!
Our sons have been learning Muay Thai and BJJ at F3 in Haslet for a year now and have grown so much in these sports as well as humans. Coach Evan and Coach Brian, along with all the other staff at F3, feel like friends and family. It's not just a gym. Would highly recommend this gym for anyone, both adults and children, interested in learning more about these sports.
It’s more than just a gym or classes which are fantastic. It’s a community of people who all are so kind and share the same goals. All the coaches are awesome. Coach Evans is exactly what we were looking for. A coach that wants more than progress in a skill for his kids. He wants them to make good decisions and have a healthy body and mind. Its exceptional when you find a gym that feels like family.
We thought our daughter was crazy for wanting to hang up her Pom Poms for a Singlet, but her coach embraced her new passion and was so supportive and amazing with her! From mat work to late night conversations about the importance of her academics we really couldn't have been happier !! Great gym, with a family atmosphere, it's unfortunate their wrestling program didn't grow big enough to sustain itself....
