I have struggled with staying motivated with working out and staying true to my end goal. Which is being in better shape and overall just taking care of my overall health. Since going here I have been more motivated by Coach Laurie and the other members here. The environment here is just overall amazing. I have truly found a gym that works best for me.
Great gym with a really positive vibe! The staff are friendly, the equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and I genuinely enjoy going. Taylor is a lovely trainer — so supportive and encouraging. Highly recommend!
I started the nutrition program about two months ago and it was the best decision i’ve made. The trainers listen to your likes and dislikes while setting up your menu and program. They take the time to explain all to you and address any concerns you may have. The best part is the encouragement you receive as you are going through the journey. I have learned through this program that nutrition is a big part of a weight lose plan. The best gym and best trainer i have ever been to and trained with. They care about their customers you are not just another member to them. I have now been going to Future Fitness for almost five years and it’s still the best gym ever. I have tried other gyms and programs throughout my fitness journey but none compare. Everyone is willing to help you with your journey. It’s like one big family.
Edit: It's been 5 months since i started my fitness journey and i love the progress that I made. I've lost weight and other people can see it too! It really helped that I have a personal trainor like Taylor who pushes me and inspire me! I've moved from 3x to 4x training plus cardio. 5 months ago I couldn't stand in a bike for 15 mins now I do 75mins straight :) I started strength training with Taylor 7 weeks ago, and I look forward to every session! As someone who’s never done strength training before, I was nervous at first but Taylor makes the experience welcoming, encouraging, and never intimidating. She knows how to push you while still making it feel personalized and fun. Laurie is also amazing, and the whole vibe feels like a supportive community. I also work with Trey for nutrition, which has really helped me stay on track. The space is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
In just a few short weeks, Future Fitness has already changed my life for the better. Every trainer here has been incredibly supportive. Even when I’m not having a one-on-one session, they are still readily available to answer questions and offer guidance and encouragement. Next week, I’m getting started with the nutrition planning they offer and can’t wait to see the results from my journey. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever looked forward to going to the gym. They treat you like family here from day one. Special thanks to trainer Laurie for being amazing!! P.S. The infrared sauna is legit!! 🙌🙌🙌
