My experience with Tim Fitzwilliams & Brian was extremely disappointing. They directed me to make a financial decision that made them a lucrative commission and poor financial decision for me. My advice is to get a second or third opinion before making a financial decision they you may regret. I would also recommend that you not use their tax services or attorney for estate planning. Dan from their tax department had approved my taxes to be submitted incorrectly more than once. Once going over it in extreme detail with him and getting it right to be submitted on time, he submitted it late. This is the first time in my life my taxes have been submitted late! I never heard from Star, the dept. head or Tim with an apology. The attorney is nice, but not equipped to prepare a Trust Agreement. The document he completed for me included outdated language, incorrect terminology and did not include important information. Just think about it this way, you would not use your primary care physician to do heart surgery on you, so why would you use an attorney that does not specialize in estate planning to do your Trust documents? Or, why would your financial advisor recommend them? I learned this lesson after the fact. I wrote this review to encourage others to learn from my experience. Please do your due diligence to ensure you make the best decisions for yourself!
