John (tax preparer) has great customer service skills. He greets you in a professional manner. Easy to talk to and funny at times. He answers any questions or concerns you may have and explains in detail. Very knowledgeable about updated tax information. If John doesn't know he has other resources he can reference. The service at Jackson Hewitt has been great through the years. I have been pleased with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service for over 30 years. See you next year.

John did my taxes for the past three years. He us very professional and checks his work. He is kind and friendly. It is comforting to be able to talk with someone who is helping you and will answer any question he can.I would recommend him to anyone.

Very courteous and knowledgeable and funny with a crafty jokes. Very friendly and respectful and her professionalism were truly on display. Highly pleased with her service. I have been coming to this location for about 8 years. I book my appointment and I'm in and out in a hour. John knows his taxes and he is very helpful, explaining things as we go. For an old man, he can be quite entertaining. I can easily say that I actually enjoyed getting my taxes done this year. See you next time, John
