Tri came over and inspected my garage. He figured that the motor had gotten old and weak and would need to be replaced but did what he could to troubleshoot the problem and fix it if possible. In the end it wasn't and he priced me out for the items that I needed and only that. He didn't try and up sell me on things that i didn't need like another person that gave me a quote. He replaced the motor and all the work is fantastic. I'm so happy with everything and appreciate Tri's work and help so much. Definitely using them again if necessary.

My dad had used the emergency release on our garage door, and after that it wouldn’t open — of course this happened on a Sunday! I called the company, and they kindly sent me a YouTube video to try fixing it myself (really appreciated that!). Unfortunately, it didn’t work, so we scheduled a service for Monday. The tech came out right on time, fixed the issue right away, and also took care of some long-standing problems we’d had with the door not closing properly (sensor issues). On top of that, they helped us make two spare garage remotes and even offered to program the opener in my dad’s new car. The technician (I believe his name was Tuan) was super knowledgeable, friendly, and shared helpful tips to prevent future issues — like which light bulb to use in the opener to avoid signal interference. All in all, it was a great experience. The work was done quickly, the price was reasonable, and the service went above and beyond. We’ve saved this company as our go-to for any future garage door needs. Thank you so much!

I had a garage opener stop working a couple of days ago and contacted Five Star. The representative answered promptly and scheduled a technician for Monday. Manny, the technician, arrived a few minutes early and completed a thorough inspection. We decided to replace the opener. The cost was reasonable, and the installation took about an hour. Manny answered all my questions and provided helpful tips. Very professional service.
