I use this company to change the spring that got broken in my garage door. They came quick. They helped me right away. They gave me a reasonable price because I checked other people and they were the best and they did a very professional job. I must say that I would choose them any other time again, was Great.

I called YBM after my garage door didn't open this morning here in Sunnyvale, they send a technician right away! The technician- Mike arrived 30 min from making the call and diagnosed the problem quickly. It was just the limits for my garage door opener so no parts was needed to be replaced. The price was very fair and I am very pleased with the service.

I called on Sunday afternoon about a broken spring for my garage door. I specifically requested a local technician. The technician scheduled for the job unfortunately wasn't local but was able to arrive within 1.5hours for a free estimate. He couldn’t provide the estimate until he removed the existing spring and measured it. After that, he quoted me double the price for two springs and double the price for labor. I agreed to pay to get it done and over with. He gave me $27 discount if I gave him five stars online review here. After I paid with a check, the technician said he’s immigration status in the U.S. is illegal as he overstayed his tourist visa and offered me marriage for him to get legal papers. I strongly declined. Garage door spring works well.

My garage door wasn’t opening this morning. Called YBM garage doors and Isaac was here within an hour. He recommended installing LiftMaster garage door opener, Issac was quick and did great job leaving everything clean after he done. The price was reasonable, definitely recommend them for any garage door repair.
