What a great experience! I had some work done on my SUV recently, and it turned out beautifully! Specifically, Scott Klein, the manager, really took the time to understand what was needed, and put together an excellent repair plan. The expertise and skill of the specialists are top-tier, but the quality of service I received is what really puts this shop on top. Great experience from start to finish with our Tesla Model X. Usually would go to Tesla but referred here by the insurance company as a Tesla authorized shop. Glad we were. Friendly, efficient service. Very clean and professional. Excellent work - Tesla looks like new. Highly recommend Fix Auto Long Beach and the work they do.
Fix AUTO was recommended to us by our insurance company (State Farm). It was the best auto repair experience we ever had. The damage was minor but they completed the work very quickly, at very low cost (including our $500 deductible) and it looked like new when we picked it up! We highly recommend Fix Auto !!!
