I took my vehicle in for a repair due to the power lock button malfunction. Every time I pushed the power lock button to close or open the doors, it made loud noises. I made an appointment online for the first time with the date and time that I wanted. Jason replied to confirm my appointment. On the day of my appointment, Jason greeted me with respect and professionalism. He checked my vehicle quickly and told me what my next step is. I'm very pleased with the excellent service that Jason provided me. The waiting area and the environment are really clean. I would definitely recommend others to go to Tom's Automotive for all the repairs. Best of all the 2 year warranty is a plus.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I called to scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Tom picked up and walked me through into setting an appointment. The place is clean and organized with WiFi service and comfortable chairs! I would recommend supporting this family owned business.
